The Blank is nice, slightly heavier than expected. The guides could be much smaller to make for a clean presentation. I even suggest mini guides. overall it's a nice blank and handle otherwise. i wish there was a way i could change guides on mine...

took it out for some shad fishing on the american river were i live,caught 8 shad most above 3-4 pounds,and if you dont know about american shad..they are very hard fighters..i even did not use my 9 foot 6 weight flyrod i brought with me,that day..this is becoming my ' go to 'shad fly rod now

Beim Aufziehen der Schnur läuft sie zwischen Gehäuse und Rahmen. 0,5 mm Abstand. Nicht zum Fischen geeignet, nur für die Vitrine!!!

The work and craftsmanship is top notch. The weeks to receive any shipping update at all and the fact it took over a month to receive leaves some to be desired in a world of quick deliveries. It’s the transparency, especially. I thought I was scammed for quite a long time because there was no updates other than “order received” explain the process on the site or something. really

I purchased ferrules to replace original components for a vintage bamboo rod restoration. Ordering an overseas product left me (unnecessarily) apprehensive about quality, size, delivery, and so forth. The first thing I did was check the measurements with a digital caliper — right on the money. Craftsmanship is excellent. The male ferrules are already lapped to size, with a smooth, but not overly tight match. Delivery took about two weeks from China to USA Midwest. I'm pleased with this product.
Have not had a chance to try it out yet, but if workmanship is to determine casting performance it will be great. VERY beautiful rod. This will be my first cane rod, can't wait to actually try it out. Think you!
