Hi Zhu. Unfortunately I haven't had the chance to get out on the river with the new reel yet. I really like its looks and how it works. Once I've had a chance to fish with it, I'll tell you more—I’m sure it will all be good. I,ll send you a pic of the first trout with your reel.
Hi Jose Luis, thank you for your kind words! We're glad you like the reel’s looks and functionality. We look forward to hearing about your first catch with it—please do send us that picture! Happy fishing!
Todella hieno ja hyvin tehty pieni perhokela jonka ulkonäön kruunaa agaattirengas joka ohjaa siiman kelalle ja kelatessa tietenkin räikkä ääni
Hi Klaus, we're thrilled to hear you love the design and craftsmanship of the Wood1 fly reel! The agate ring and clicking sound really do add to its charm. Thanks for your kind words!
Great product. I've been fishing a 5wt orvis encounter and decided to break into steelheading. I bought the 6wt 8'. It is like butter, easily gets 20 yds with a basic overhead cast, gives great feed back through the entire cast and is highly accurate. This rod easily will match the comfort of higher end rods like sage or Loomis.
Hi Steve, thank you for sharing your experience! We're thrilled to hear the combo is meeting your expectations and enhancing your steelheading adventures. Enjoy every cast!
Like the drag, light weight, easy to switch from right to left hand retrieve. Very nice fly reel!

I said in my early review this reel really looks the part attached to a bamboo fly rod. as is a small reel That 3 way we'll never really find out whether it can handle big fish but that's not what I got it for I got it for the overall look and vibe.
