Production and availability

The selected product and configuration determine whether an item is ready stock or made to order. Read the current production or processing estimate on the product page before ordering. These estimates may change with the workshop schedule; we do not apply a fixed production period to every order.

Dispatch and transit

Production time, packing and carrier transit are separate stages. After dispatch, use the tracking link issued for your order. A tracking number may be created before the first carrier scan. Carrier and customs delays can affect delivery; an estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders over $150. Orders below that amount are charged a flat $9.90. The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address, and it includes duties and taxes.

Packing and transit damage

Every bamboo rod and blank is packed in a heavy-duty, crush-proof PVC tube, with the sections individually supported so they cannot move or rub in transit. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer package, shipping label, protective tube and the rod, keep all packaging, and contact us promptly with your order number. We review the evidence and arrange a replacement or a refund in line with this policy and the Refund Policy.

Returns

For returns without quality issues, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us before returning an item and follow the Refund Policy.
