The selected item and configuration determine whether it is ready stock or made to order. Read its current availability before purchasing.

02 / DISPATCH

Inspection, packing & handoff

We prepare the item for its journey. A tracking number may be created before the carrier records its first scan.

03 / IN TRANSIT

The carrier takes over

Use the tracking link sent for your order. Customs, local delivery and carrier delays can affect arrival time.

Production & delivery

How do I know whether an item is ready stock or made to order?

Select the exact variant on the product page and read its availability and delivery estimate. Different configurations can have different stock status. A general ready-stock processing estimate does not mean every product is in stock.

Where can I track my order?

Use the tracking link issued in your order or dispatch email. A tracking number can appear before the first carrier scan. If you need help, send your order number, tracking number and the latest tracking event.

Is the estimate a guaranteed arrival date?

No. Production, packing, carrier transit and customs are separate stages. Tell us before ordering if you need an item for a particular trip; we will check what is feasible.

Where do orders ship from, and how are bamboo rods packed?

Orders ship from Fuzhou, Fujian, China. Bamboo rods are inspected and packed with protective wrapping and a rod tube or reinforced outer packaging for the journey. Check the package on arrival and keep the packaging if you need to report damage.

What should I do if my parcel or item arrives damaged?

Keep the packaging, take clear photographs of the parcel, label and damage, and contact us promptly with your order number. Wait for instructions before sending anything back.

Warranty & care
Can I return an item?

Eligible returns follow the published Refund Policy, including its condition requirements and exceptions for custom or personalized orders. Contact us before sending an item back. A warranty assessment and a return request are different processes.
